Le Corbeau

Our Story

Le Corbeau, 150 years of belgian tradition

Since 1875, Le Corbeau has been welcoming guests in the heart of Brussels, just steps away from Rue Neuve and Place De Brouckère.
Here, generous cuisine is served in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
You can also simply enjoy one of the 40 traditional beers.

On Friday and Saturday nights, the atmosphere shifts. People dance on the tables until 4 a.m. And to quench your thirst, the iconic Chevalier glasses are there to accompany you.
After midnight, we no longer serve drinks in Chevalier glasses.

FESTIVE WEEKEND ATMOSPHERE

On Friday and Saturday nights, Le Corbeau transforms into a dance café, a tradition that began in the early 1980s. At that time, guests would come for a drink in a festive atmosphere. The owner brought in a DJ, and little by little, customers started climbing onto the tables—despite his reluctance, as he feared breaking the Chevalier glasses. That moment marked the beginning of a unique celebration at Le Corbeau.
